Ask any child if it’s ok for a Unicorn to poop on your doorstep and most of them will tell you yes and laugh their heads off especially little boys, just ask my grandsons. They thoroughly loved this book.
Unicorn, Don’t Do That! Is entertaining, funny, and cute.
The illustrations by Ada Konewki are delightful and paint a picture for little ones to enjoy. The book is aimed for children from the ages 4 – 8 years of age.

This author does it yet again. This book is such a fun an entertaining story and it is engaging from the moment you start reading. Of all the books that we have read by this author I think this one has to take the award for most entertaining. Every one of us found the book amusing and my kids were right there with Unicorn as she heads to the party. They laughed their way through this book and it made me enjoy it even more.
Lois Wickstrom is a family favourite, and this is cemented even more with each and every book we read. This book just reinforces the fact and has been added to the collection of books we will continue to read multiple times.

As most of Wickstrom’s story’s do…this one too has a moral to the story. Stega has to try a find a gift to bring to Benny’s party, but she eats every gift she finds along the way and eventually has to poop by the time she gets to his house and she can’t hold it anymore. So she poops right outside his house…but since she’s half unicorn it’s not like any other poop…it’s a rainbow! This is a funny and cute story for your littles that will have them laughing and begging for you to read it over and over again. This illustrations are fantastic and follow the story. Another great addition to your ever-growing Wickstrom collection.

Oh, this was quite entertaining. The pictures are colorful and can hold a child’s attention. The story brings on giggles and chats. We loved reading this. This is the current storytime favorite at our house.

Benny is having a house-warming party. Stega wants to give him a gift.
On the way to Benny’s new cave, Stega fills a bowl with berries. They’d make a great gift. But, they smell so good. Plus she’s hungry. She eats them. All of them. Now, all she has for a present to give Benny is the empty bowl. As she nears the door of his cave, Stega gets the tummy rumbles. She’ll never make it to the woods. She has to go. Right there! Right now!
