I read Witch Switch by Louisa Bacio from this anthology. This story was simply delightful. Cheyenne and Rafe’s story was a joy to read and I found myself rooting for them as they faced their adversary. The journey of Cheyenne and Rafe to finding love together had some suspense and intrigue, which made for an interesting story. I enjoyed the story and do look forward to reading more from this author.

Note: Although this is an anthology, I have only read Witch Switch by Louisa Bacio.
The author is very talented at describing scenery and scenes. I was able to perfectly visualize what was happening, right down to the way that Rafe’s pants fit. I didn’t connect with the story personally, but I can tell that many people will love the way that it flows. There is amazing potential in this author to become long lasting in the world of paranormal romance. It has many elements that people look for: Suspense, romance, bedroom gymnastics. If you’re a fan of sexy paranormal, you’ll love this. It reminds me of the later novels in the Anita Blake series by Laurell K. Hamilton.

I haven’t read the whole collection, but Witch Switch really took me for a ride. We meet Cheyenne and Rafe. Cheyenne doesn’t want her magic much to the chagrin of Rafe’s family. Since he is already promised to another witch, Meridith, they don’t think Cheyenne should matter much anyway. Will Meredith go after Cheyenne when she finds out Rafe does not want to marry her? Will Cheyenne be able to call upon her magic to help them? How far will a scorned lover go to keep them apart and can they survive the storm about to be thrown at them? I really enjoyed the writing of this author and will be adding some of her other books to my TBR pile.

Witch Switch is just one of the many stories in this anthology. It is the second book in the series, but you don’t need to read the first to enjoy this one. This is a complete story, so you aren’t left hanging. It is about Cheyenne and Rafe, two people who were not supposed to fall in love. Rafe started out trying to do the right thing and following through on the marriage arranged by his family, but instead he chooses love. His former bride-to-be is not happy with this and does what she can to force the original marriage. Because it is short, the story moves quickly and things resolve quickly. I enjoyed this story, though I do feel a bit more setup or background info on the story or characters would make this story even better.

I really like finding new authors and books. This was just the ticket. I like how there is just enough drama to balance out the romance and it’s my absolute favorite genre paranormal romance. The characters are well written and I felt as though I was right in the midst of the action.
The author does a real good job of brining the characters to life. I like how there is a bit of drama and that the story wasn’t predictable. The author really had a refreshing idea and really brought it to life. I look forward to reading more from this author.

Switching witches is always a bad idea. But for Rafe and Cheyenne it seemed like the best option. As Rafe chooses love over his arranged marriage. Leaving his ex angry and out to make chaos and mayhem. Let’s read how these 3 people make this a fun to read story. This story is book 2 in this anthology. Many emotions will be exposed, along with evil vs good. I really enjoyed reading this paranormal romance. This anthology has many new authors for me. Which always makes reading exciting. I love the characters and the families they come from. I’m sure you too will enjoy this paranormal romance anthology. No spoilers given. Take a chance on this boxed set.

Witch Switch (Bewitch Me #2) (in Midnight Magic Anthology) by Louisa Bacio
This is the first book I’ve read by the author. Witch Switch is part of the Midnight Magic Anthology. It can be read as part of the Bewitch Me Series. Witch Switch is the second book in the Bewitch Me Series.
Cheyenne is going to get everything she has wanted. Or at least she hopes she will. There is a problem with that though; someone switches places with her. Will she be able to get out of this without losing everything? The quote I chose for Cheyenne is: “Wait. Don’t ask. Not here. Not stolen like this. You know I love you and want to spend my life with you but we have to figure this out first. Or else our families will war.”
Rafe is tired of playing the one who always follows offers. He wants something and for once he’s going after it. The only problem is his fiance isn’t going to let him go as easily. The quote I chose for Rafe is: “You feel so incredibly good, and this feels so right. It doesn’t matter what plans my parents or the council might have had. We deserve happiness and to choose who we’re going to spend our lives with, and you’re everything I want.”
While I haven’t had a chance to read all the stories in this collection. I have share my thoughts on one of my favorites. Witch Switch is a short story by Louisa Bacio that I can’t help but recommend. It has a little bit of everything. An arranged marriage, forbidden love, revenge, power, newly discovered family just to name a few. I can’t wait to see what comes next from this author!

Cheyenne and Rafe are in love. Unfortunately, Rafe has been promised to Meredith, another witch. Although he is willing to break it off, they will also have Rafe’s family to contend with. But, they believe their love is worth it. When Meredith starts playing dirty, Cheyenne wishes her powers would return to so she could defeat her on her own. But, when Cheyenne gets some test results back…she will learn that love and family can be stronger than even magic.
This was a pretty quick read that I was able to finish in one sitting. But…there was a lot happening in so few pages. I was engaged with the story from beginning to end and found myself invested in the characters and their outcome. Overall, a good story.

This was a great short story and one that I really enjoyed. I really enjoyed the authors writing and also was a great introduction to her as a new author. The story was easy to follow and I really liked the characters Rafe and Cheyenne, they truly were in love but due to Rafe’s arranged marriage they couldn’t be together and then there was Meredith – Rafe’s soon to be wife! She was not a nice one!! Overall a fun read and one that I would recommend!

Witch Switch by Louisa Bacio is one of the stories included in this collection. I enjoyed the basic plot of forbidden love, parents that don’t approve, a jealous ex, and a struggle to find oneself. I did wish that it was longer so that I could have appreciated all of the many aspects of this story. If this story is something you enjoy, there are other books in her series that focus on some of the supporting characters. I love a good paranormal romance and I liked the idea of the male and female powers being connected. I look forward to reading the other books in this collection since there seems to be something for everyone.

I don’t always enjoy anthologies as I find myself losing interest quite quickly but this is one that I am glad I tried. Witch Switch was such a great story. I found it so easy to connect with and thought there were some great characters involved. This is an author I am slightly familiar with and I enjoyed being able to see more of her work. The book fit well with the theme of the anthology but I felt it also stood out of its own. This is a thoroughly enjoyable book.

The Anthology as a whole was amazing! It was everyone you expected and more. I started without stopping until the end!
**Louisa Bacio/ Witch Switch** My first read with this author and I immediately added multiple books to my TBR after. This tale was spicy, magical, full of old fashion revenge, and proof of the power of love. Rafe chooses love with Cheyenne and the tale starts from there. They must ward off the jealous and vengeful ex-witch who really goes above and beyond to try and keep her man. The story is short, sweet, and well worth the read!

Witch Switch is the second book in the ‘Bewitch Me’ series by Louisa Bacio, and is her contribution to ‘Midnight Magic: A Limited Edition Collection of Magical Paranormal Romance and Urban Fantasy Tales (Charmed Magic Collections)’. This is a paranormal romance with witches, magic, mayhem, broken arrangements that lead to revenge, a bitter and twisted ex, good vs evil, danger, agendas, family, and a few dramatic developments. Being a short story, also makes it is a very quick and easy read. When Rafe chooses true love over an arranged marriage, he had no idea the chaos that would then ensue. A bitter ex with revenge on her mind puts his love in danger- and results in a bit of a witch switch. What happens makes for a fun read. Happy Reading!

This paranormal romance really blew me out of the water. I have read a couple books by this author now and she is quickly becoming one of my favorite authors. The main characters in this book are simply amazing, and with the help of the storyline and plot our author draws us in from the very beginning and takes us on a crazy ride. Full of drama, romance, family and more you definitely won’t want to miss this one.

I’m conflicted with this book. I enjoyed it, but felt very confused as to what was going on and what the conflicts were. The book moved very fast. I felt there should have been much more. I need to know more! It was a good concept though. This was for Witch Switch only.

This is a great collection of paranormal stores. The book I most enjoyed is Witch Switch by Lousia Bacio. This story was gripping from the first page. The characters were engaging and you really felt like you were on this journey with them.
In this story we follow Cheyenne and Rafe. This couple long to be together, however there is 2 things keeping them apart. Firstly Rafe’s family don’t think Cheyenne is good enough for Rafe since she doesn’t want and rejects her magic. However the biggest thing is that Rafe is already promised to another Witch called Meredith. Meredith is a very powerful Witch and very dangerous as she doesn’t use her magic for good. When Meredith finds out that Rafe doesn’t want to marry her she gets angry and goes for the one person he wants Cheyenne. Now Cheyenne and Rafe need to find a way to stop Meredith before she can cause anymore harm. But when Cheyenne tries to reach her magic she can’t make it work. Has her magic deserted her after she rejected it? Will Cheyenne be able to defeat Meredith even with her magic? And what lengths will Meredith go to to stop Rafe being with the woman he really loves. This is a romance with a twist of a lover scorned and magic thrown into the mix.

Witch Switch really pulled me in from the very first page. Rafe’s family has arranged a marriage for someone that they think is a suitable partner for him. Rafe’s heart won’t be easily swayed though, he is in love with Cheyenne and he chooses her and is willing to do what it takes for them to be together. Cheyenne has witch powers that come naturally that she has never had a reason to use before. Now she has no choice when she comes face to face with a very angry bride that was tossed to the side. This book is so good! It’s full of romance, action, and magic and I highly recommend it.

Midnight Magic is a collection of paranormal romance stories by many great authors. I started with Louisa Bacio’s Witch Switch (Bewitch Me Book 2). I picked a random story to read and was glad I chose this one. I don’t want to give anything away but think of powers, battles, magic, romance, and more. I loved the title, and it only got better from there. Cheyenne and Rafe are great characters, and I enjoyed getting to know them. I haven’t read a lot from this author, but I will look for more of her books.

An excellent collection from a multitude of great authors. So many different styles of writing, different takes on paranormal romance and a whole lot of fun. With Witch switch, I found this story to be a steamy, drama filled quick read! Rafe being stuck with Meredith, seems like the worst fate for him. His love for Cheyenne though, gives him all the courage he needs to go against his parents and what is expected of him to be with her. At first I thought Cheyenne was going to be a weak damsel in distress type, but she proved me wrong when it came down to fighting for her family and the man she loved. There is drama, steamy romance and magic all packed into a short story! I look forward to Reading about Justina, Cheyenne’s sister. I am also hoping we get to see what becomes of the nasty witch Meredith.

The story brought a lot to the table I found. Paranormal and amazing characters that went along with it. I found the story went at a good pace, and everything made sense, as well as, I could not put this book down. Something I enjoyed specifically about this book was the strong character development. The characters really grew as the story went on and were all very connectable. As I said I was hooked and intrigued with the amazing writing and story flow! Highly recommend this one! Loved it!

This is a newer author for me which I enjoyed her writing skills as well as her attention to details. Her characters are connectable and creative. I enjoyed how they pulled me into the story from the start. They made the story engaging and I read their story in one sitting. They are supportive of each other and took me on a paranormal adventure that had me coming back for more. I really enjoyed this story and the realistic feel it has. I read Witch Switch by Louisa Bacio in this anthology. This book was intriguing. Love, mystery, revenge…toss in hidden powers, unknown siblings and losing yourself and having to refind yourself, you have the makings of a good tale. This is a novella but the author didn’t quite leave us hanging. It is the start of a series. HOORAY! I can’t wait to read more. This was like a bad fairytale that you can root for good to win. Rafe, Cheyenne, and Jupiter can kick butt with the best of them. I loved the fact that Cheyenne and Jupiter are strong and can basically do things on their own (together-sister power), there’s another sister later in the story. The characters have strong personalities. Meredith may have evil powers yet she’s pretty much a spoiled brat not getting her way. The plot had a really good flow. The story wasn’t choppy. My favorite part was the scene in the forest. The whole tone of the story kept you on the edge of your seat. It’s a very romantic tale with some spice scattered throughout so there’s a little of everything for everyone (if you love romance). I think you need to buy this book and check it out. It’s a new favorite for me.
