Always Mine (St. Fleur #2) by A.J. Renee – Review by Sheri Schrader
Always Mine by A.J. Renee
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Always Mine by AJ Renee is the second book in the St. Fleur series. This can be read as a standalone as I did, but I am going back to catch the first book now. This book is about Lindsey the librarian in the small town of St. Fleur, Louisiana and Marc, and Derek. Lindsey must decide if the sweet history teacher, Derek or the smoldering childhood friend of her brother, Marc. What does a woman do when there are more than one to pick from?
During all her man drama, there might also be a stalker watching Lindsey’s every move. Luckily, Lindsey lives in a close knit small town and has not only her big brother and his friends but also her friends to watch her back. Who will Lindsey pick in the love department? Will her stalker be caught?
I enjoyed this book and will be looking for the first book and third book in this series. The small-town atmosphere is refreshing and the characters are well developed. I enjoy the relationships between Lindsey and her brother’s friends. All of them have known each other their entire lives and have a close bond. The people who have entered their lives since are also embraced and brought into their close family relationship. I also enjoyed the love triangle Lindsey is a having. Who do you pick? The choice can lead her life in two different directions. Do you choose the sweet history teacher or the sexy, childhood friend? I know who I would pick.
