The Cowboy’s Socialite by Carmen Falcone – Review by Jenni Bishop

The Cowboy's SocialiteThe Cowboy’s Socialite by Carmen Falcone
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The Cowboy’s Socialite by Carmen Falcone is a standalone book and the first book I have read by this author. This story is a romance about having a second chance with the one you love. There is a lot of off the charts chemistry between the characters that starts with regrets and hatred and ends with love and laughter. The world in which Carmen has created is easily believable and you can picture these two as more than just a story. I love the way they relate to one another but both have pretty big egos that neither can put aside.

When tragedy strikes there is not enough there to keep them together, they are torn apart. Now Lola is back and both must face old wounds. Get ready for an explosive battle of wills and find out who will be left standing for the battle of Red Oak Ranch. Grab a cool drink and settle in because when these two collide the fireworks go off and things are set to sizzle.

It is snarky and steamy, funny and sexy with a little sadnessness, but one good read.
