Four Stars
I belong in a small town. Everyone knows your name and is willing to lend you a hand. Ryan was my dream guy. He seemed like a breeze sifting through the trees. Built like a brick house. Plus he’s a firefighter. Rebecca was a brat at first but you learn to like her. She has been through a lot and Lord knows it’s never easy when your life gets turned upside down. I felt her pain on many levels through this story. If it wasn’t for my kids I would’ve moved to some unknown place just so I could breath again. I liked that the author didn’t rush the characters. But at some points the characters didn’t feel like they had much depth to them. The characters romance was like a slow burn and it made it seem more real in a way.
