Calling the Curveball (Lawson Family Series) by Tracey Cramer-Kelly. This is a new to me author. This was a really cute and sweet second chance romance book.
Jamie was on track to make it in the Major League until he lost his wife and and career chance in an accident. What else can he do except head home to Minnesota. Now his life consists of being an umpire and working in his chiropractic clinic……
Kira needs a getaway…. after an extremely ugly divorce, she head to spend the summer with her sister, what could possibly happen?? Then she see the sexy umpire and does something crazy and asks him out.
The chemistry between these two is pretty much automatic. I absolutely loved the way they meshed together. I can not wait to read more from this author.
