Nite Fire: Chain Reaction is the second book in the series. This book by C. L. Schneider is a five star novel. I am not typically a fantasy novel reader but this series has really peaked my interest and I can’t wait to find out more about Dahlia Nite. She is immortal and not quite human although she can fit in with the human race. As she tries to help the human race, she realizes there are things she doesn’t know and still needs to figure out. With lots more of the human race dying, she and her partner Alex really need to figure out what is going on. This book is a page turner from the beginning until the end. I could t wait to find out how this ended and to see the kick butt things that Dahlia was able to accomplish. She is a prime example of a strong woman on a mission.
