Pandora’s Price (Hart & Cole Book 3) by Sacha T. Y. Fortuné

5-stars

Pandora’s Price is the third book in the Hart & Cole series and it’s also my favorite so far! Sacha T. Y. Fortuné has written this incredibly emotional series that has captivated me from the beginning. I’ve become addicted to this series and to this life-changing storyline. It’s a tangled tale of lies, deceit, mistakes and trust. It’s so real and emotional and I loved every second of it. Yes, at times it was hard to read and yes, I shed many tears and yes sometimes I had to take a reading break but ultimately, I only reacted this way because I felt so connected with these characters on such a deep level. I feel like I’ve really experienced everything they’ve been through, Sacha is a phenomenally talented author and I’m so happy that I’ve been able to experience her writing!

I would absolutely recommend this series to anyone whose looking for their next life changing romance read! This is a must-read series that should not be missed!

This is a crazy story full of hi-jinks and shenanigans. Sam and Rex are out of school for the summer. Looking for adventure in their Boring town. There is silly food concoctions and Bingo nights. Not to mention parades with Lawn Chair Marching Dads! (That one cracked me up.) Add in a couple of strangers and an overactive imagination makes this a cute detective story.

I enjoyed these boys can’t imagine what they could stumble upon next. This is great for younger readers who like mysteries but also have a little bit of that imagination themselves.

I don’t know how much more of this I can take. Sacha is killing me with these books. They are so detailed and and drawn out, I can’t put the book down! Every character is so well thought out and planned, all aspects of the story flow together so nicely.

From reading the first 2 books I wanted to hate Luisa. I don’t like the whole cheating on Darren thing, but this book has given me a new perspective on her and I have come to love her. I definitely now officially hate Nicole. The first book had me wanting more of Nicole and Kris but then my loyalties switched to Luisa and Darren.

Poor Luisa is crushed knowing her husband of twelve years is in love with another woman. I can completely understand why she does what she does with Gianni, I would be miserable and lost too if my husband couldn’t stop talking about his co worker. I do think they did try to reconcile their marriage, but it there was too much dishonesty and a big communication issue.

Luisa meeting and befriending Victoria is a great moment, I was hoping she would have a great girlfriend soon, but I do feel Vicki may have contributed to some of the outbursts and problems in not only Luisa and Darren’s relationship, but also Kris and Nicole’s as well. My eyes about bugged out of my head when all of the drama unfolded at Darren’s launch party, my hate for Nicole deepened when she says the most heinous and evil things to Luisa, as well as trying to seduce Darren. It was like this character did a complete 180 and was not the woman we meet in the first book. I feel sorry for Kris having to deal with her, but if that’s what he loves then more power to him.

The ending was nice and I won’t say why, as I think everyone should read until the end. I wouldn’t recommend any of these books as a standalone because there is so much to learn from each character starting with book 1. I really can’t wait to see what is in store for book four.

The story Pandora’s Price (Hart & Cole Book 3) by Sacha T.Y. Fortune’ is a wonderful book to read. It is one that drew me in from the beginning and didn’t let me go until the final page. It is a story that had my emotions going up and down the entire time. Those emotions are strongest for the main characters of Luisa and Darren. There is intense dialogue between them and times when I wondered what would happen next. The journey that these two are on have powerful and raw moments. They are two people who face crisis and are trying to find their way. There are times when you can feel the stress, strain, and tension. I could feel for this couple and I was hoping for things to work out. What does the future hold for Darren and Luisa? Read this book to find out. This is the third book in a series and it is recommend reading them in order. It makes for an easier time understanding the continuing storyline and the characters. Recommended reading.
