Wild Heart (Hollywood Hearts Book 4) by Belinda Williams – Review by Kerry Baker

Wild Heart (Hollywood Hearts, #4)Wild Heart by Belinda Williams
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Wild Heart by Belinda Williams is the fourth book in the Hollywood Hearts series. This book can be read as a stand-alone and does not need to be read in order.
I have to say that for me this is one book that I definitely “judged by it’s cover”. Or more accurately it’s genre. I tend to expect anything centred around Hollywood to be lighthearted, not much too then, easy to read. No depth essentially. However that could not be further from the truth with this book!
The characters were so engaging. It isn’t often I find a book with older characters to be well written and believable and yet the author has captured these two effortlessly. It wasn’t made to feel overdone or like they were trying to hard, it just worked.
The story was interesting as well. It wasn’t your typical celebrity style romance; this was full of action and was gripping.
Overall this was a very good book and one I enjoyed much more than I expected. You should definitely give this book a try.
