Trouble in Mind (Interstellar Rescue Series Book 2) by Donna S. Frelick – Review by Michelle Austin

Trouble in Mind (Interstellar Rescue, #2)Trouble in Mind by Donna S. Frelick
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Trouble in Mind was a great 5 star read and book two in the Interstellar Rescue series.
I got pulled in right from the beginning.

We meet several characters in the beginning, we get to know them and get the connection between them.

A woman and her son have been kidnapped while out on a family picnic, the husband was badly beaten and had a loss of time. Lana is an FBI agent that gets called in on the case. Gabriel is the best extractor in the galaxy and a touch telepath, he is called in as a favor for a friend and goes to earth to help find them. Lana isn’t thrilled to have him working with her, but his talents do come in handy at times. There is definitely an attraction that also builds between these two.

There is something special about the missing mother and son, special enough that they have certain people looking for them. Will Lana and Gabriel be able to find them before the others?

Overall I really enjoyed this read, with several POV’s it was really easy to follow and get pulled in. We get steamy moments, violence, sci-fi, and so much more. This author does a great job with her writing and pulls you right into her world. This can be read as a stand alone, however I suggest reading book one, it will help you connect to this story better. If you’re looking for a great sci-fi romance series, 1-click and get started today.
