Forbidden Desires: Taken by her Son’s Best Friend (Confessions of a Trophy Wife Book 1) is the first book in a new series by LM Mountford. I have read several books by this author and there is a reason that he is known as The Lord Of Lust. This book is yet another fine example of why he is known as this.
Elizabeth Clarke looks like she has it all: Perfect house, perfect husband and perfect life. In fact her husband is a lying, cheating drunk. When her son moves away to university she wonders how she will cope left at home. That is until his best friend Hugh moves back home and makes a move on Elizabeth!
This book is short, not so sweet (it’s downright sinful) and gets straight to the point. It’s hot as hell and will have you gripped to the story from beginning to end. I devoured it in just over an hour. It’s certainly a very good way to spend an afternoon.
