The Divided Twin (The Divided Series #2) by M. Billiter was a twisted 5 star read.
I was pulled right in from the beginning and was done before I knew it.

Aaron and Branson are identical twins, one of them has been diagnosed with schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder. Both twins are at different colleges trying to move forward. Branson hasn’t had any issues for quite some time. When things take a sad turn the boys end up going back home. Their mom has fallen sick with breast cancer.

Things get even more twisted when another personality makes itself known and has some dark and twisted plans. There are so many unexpected twists and turns. I will warn that there are some scenes that may cause triggers for some. All of the secondary characters added a great element to the story. There is bullying, mental illness, violence and so much more. The author has done a great job with her writing and you feel like you are right there with the characters. I had chills at times and my emotions were all over the place. You can read this as a stand alone but I suggest reading book one so that you are familiar with the characters.
