City Without A Sun (Vampire State Book 2) by Alexander Charalambides was an enticing read. I enjoyed the first book and was able to get into the second without an issue. I love Rowena’s strength and determination. She really wants to make a change at any cost. I enjoyed the plot, character development, and it was perfectly paced.
