I’ve read several works from this author and I’ve loved every one of her books. They never seem to disappoint. This one was no different. What brings her books to life is the historical aspect but also what makes it exciting is how the story seems to pull together a plot that thickens with every chapter. What makes N.L. Holmes’ writing so powerful is she transforms us into a different place and makes us feel there with the characters. You’ll find this compelling and fun to read.
