Fighting for Us (Love is Worth Fighting For Book 1) by Bella Emy. This is the first book I’ve read by this author but it won’t be my last. I loved this story. Its the story of Lorenzo who had the world by the tail. He was married to the love of his life and has a precious baby girl. When his wife is torn from his life and he’s left to raise their daughter alone he feels like his life is over. Carissa had her life all together, she had a wonderful family and a loving fiance and then he dumped her for seemingly no reason at all. Trying to pick up the pieces of her life has been hard but once she meets Lorenzo she is determined never to fall in love again. When she starts falling for Lorenzo she’s scared to death but she’s in love with him and his daughter. Will she let her heart chance getting broken again or will she lose a chance at an amazing man and daughter because she’s scared? Read Fighting For Us to find out.
