The Web of Humanity by Maria Turchin – Review by Angela Hayes

The Web of Humanity: A NovelThe Web of Humanity: A Novel by Maria Turchin
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

The Web of Humanity is the debut novel by Maria Turchin. It is an adventure story that is based on a true story. Jumping from past to present and back again- from WWII to the present day, this adventure has quite a lot going on. With history, mystery, secrets, political conspiracy, hidden agendas, danger, uncovering truths, drama, and more. This is a though-provoking story that examines the web of humanity and our inter-connectedness, while giving us several POV’s and spanning several generations and time periods- which gave me a great perspective of the story. The story leads us to examine aggression, racism, the abuse of power, and war.
This is a thought provoking story that raised some questions of my own to examine.
Looking forward to more from Ms. Turchin.

Thank you, Maria Turchin!
