The Web of Humanity by Maria Turchin is a well researched historical fiction novel. History can be lost in the generations, and I love how this story ties everything together. If you didn’t already know about your family’s history, this will make you want to know it ALL!

Anna discovers a family secret that changes everything. Now she is in danger. Can she get the truth out before it’s too late? Sometimes we have a hard time picturing that our relatives could have been a part of something bad. Can enemies last through time and be passed down the blood line? How can we hold a grudge against people who didn’t commit the crime?
