If you are a fan of action/adventure, history, and suspense, you will LOVE The Guardian’s Legacy (The Coin of Time Series Book 1) by Luciana Cavallaro. I am a fan of authors like Dan Brown, and movies like National Treasure, and this book fits in nicely with those works. An unlikely, but likeable, main character receives a call to action which sets off events that will carry you away from the first page. There is something for every reader in this book: action, adventure, history, myth, suspense, and family secrets. This is a fast-paced read that ended too soon, but thankfully, it is only book one. This author’s writing style is captivating and well-done, and sucks you right into the story. I very highly recommend this book and am awaiting book 2.
