Wildcat: A Steamy Firefighter Romance (MetroGen After Hours #1) by Carina Alyce

This is the first book I’ve read by the author. Wildcat is a fantastic read and an easy read. I can relate to the character as a female firefighter. Wildcat is the first book in the MetroGen After Hours Series.

Trevor goes to a Bob Ross painting as a way to keep himself from drinking and finding a woman to take to bed. He didn’t know that he’d find exactly that at the painting session. He’s a football player, but this tiny woman captures his heart. The quote I chose for Trevor is: “Your job is to lay here. A lot of lying in bed.”

Leslie is working her butt off to make her job a good thing. Being one of the few female firefighters is hard and very scary. Trevor doesn’t go away and she isn’t sure what to do. The quote I chose for Leslie is: “I guess I’ll keep you.”

Highly recommended for Romantic Suspense lovers.
