Blood & Ravens (The Casket Girls Series Book 1) by A.D. Brazeau – Review by Michelle Marlow

Blood & Ravens: A dark, paranormal romance (The Casket Girls Book 1)Blood & Ravens: A dark, paranormal romance by A.D. Brazeau
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This book had me in its grip from the moment it started. We are greeted with Greer and other wayward and somewhat voluntary women on a ship to a convent. To be prepared for “what all women are good for, which is marriage”.

Once we arrive in New Orleans there is a man. One who isn’t supposed to be seen named Theron. And some of the women become worn down and ill.

This is a great story and very fast paced and packed with emotions. I am in high hopes the second is as amazing as this one was. The world building is wonderful. I could feel the tension and the suspense along with every ounce of mystery.
