My grandchildren were so excited to hear another mermaid story. Fig, Mia and Trezzie always have fun adventures and teach about science. The lessons about water and ice cubes was fascinating. Hearing about the ice cubes and how they are larger in cold water and smaller in warm water was fascinating and an experiment that we had to try. Reading about Mia’s rescue brought questions about using ice cubes to rescue. Bright pictures and a fun, entertaining story make reading time special. There are so many ways that the story can be used. I’m a fan of the mermaid stories and this one is a winner. Highly recommended for families.
