The Wolf’s Shadow is the first book in The Lycanthropy Files by Cecilia Dominic. This is the first book that I have read by Ms. Dominic, so I really didn’t know what to expect from one of her stories- but let’s be honest here, she already had me at werewolves….
This is a intriguing paranormal romance with a bit of a medical/scientific suspense happening along the way. There’s lots going on, but in a great, keep you avidly reading kind of way. With action, mystery, adventure, danger, high stakes, deception, secrets, dramatic developments, and more- this book definitely held my attention right till the very last page.
I really loved her original take on werewolf lore and am excited to have found another author to add to my must read list- especially one who has quite a lot of other books for me to one-click to explore.
I can’t wait to get my hands on Book #2!!!
