What would happen if you were chosen to help establish a new community after a viral Epidemic threatens to desolate the population? How would you survive or even begin to start anew? That’s the question T.S. Simons poses in her first installment of The Antipodes Series.
Wow, I really enjoyed this book and am looking forward to reading the second one! After the past few years and our own pandemic still fresh in our minds, you can’t help but compare the situations. This book was really gripping and makes you think of the what ifs, what I would do in that situation. Would I be chosen? I couldn’t help but feel emotionally connected to the main character Cam and everything he goes through in this story, everything he loses and finds, including himself. He is such a relatable character and his relationship with Freya is written so genuinely you can’t help but root for them. Very well written with such intense detail you can see how much research T.S. Simons put into her craft. I highly recommend reading this series and continuing this eye-opening journey with me!
