Battling Beckett by T. Christensen – Review by Monique Espitia

Battling Beckett: A Contemporary Step Brother RomanceBattling Beckett: A Contemporary Step Brother Romance by T. Christensen
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

I’m fairly new to the enemies to lovers, step siblings trope and Battling Beckett was probably the best book to really break into it. Greer and Beckett start off on the wrong foot. He thinks her and her mom are gold digging hussys who will cause nothing but heartbreak for his dear old dad. And it’s up to Beckett to protect said dad at all costs. He’s a jerk. There is not better way to put it. But he has some redeeming qualities that show he is not a lost cause. He has strong protective instincts and when he starts to realize his own faults, the ice in my heart for him started to melt more. Beckett and Greer’s story was a great new read. I would definitely recommend it if you are new to this trope or already a big fan.
