This is the third book in this series. I enjoyed reading this romance story just as much as the previous two books. I highly suggest reading the previous two books to help your enhancement of this series as well as the author’s writing style. This is a well written story about trust and keeping someone safe. I enjoyed how the author used details to make her story come to life. The characters are connectable and made me feel as if I was part of their world. They pulled me in from the start and kept me coming back for more. They have great growth and chemistry throughout which made the story easy and entertaining to read. This is a great story by an author that I have enjoyed reading and never hesitate to pick up. I highly recommend this book and this author.

5 Stars Hate You Later (Lit Lovers Series Book 1) by Ciara Blume
Hate You Later is the first book in the Lit Lovers Series and is a super fun Rom Com that I absolutely loved reading. I’m fairly new to this author but I’m definitely adding her to my list to check out what other books she has written. I had so much fun reading this book I caught myself laughing a lot. The characters are fun and developed and make the story come to life. It’s not at all what I was expecting but it was just what I needed to read . This is a story about Georgia and Hudson, she has a business making pet costumes and his family owns the building. These two are both about to use there pets in online chat to get to know each other. I was laughing so hard at times I was asked what was so funny and I kept on reading. I highly recommend reading this super fun book to find out what happens next. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

This is the second book in the series and IT WAS JUST AS GOOD AS THE FIRST BOOK! In this story it revolves around Gemma, who is a journalist who is on a mission to understand what her father was involved in as she never got to have that relationship with him before his untimely demise. One thing Gemma did not anticipate coming in her way was Dominic, who will not let anything that is threatening his organization succeed. When these two met it was like I could feel the heat, tension, longing, desire bubbling up from the page! While Gemma was going through the motions to find her answers she is thrust into danger and Dominic comes to her rescue. But will he get there in time? You will need to read this book to find out! I cannot wait to recommend this great series to my friends!

I have read many books by this talented author and this one did not disappoint! This book revolves around Ava, who is a hard-working lady who has had tragedy strike which caused her to separate from her husband. Cole does not want to be separated from his wife and the last thing that he is wanting is to let his wife leave him. Cole comes up with a proposition that she cannot refuse which leads to a wonderful story line. I read this book super-fast and could not put it down. I cannot wait to read the other books in this series and continue reading about everyone’s roles and how they all play out. If you are looking for a great romance book that has a great story line, then this is the book for you!

Fantasy adventure continues This takes off straight after book 1. Chloe grows in this book as does her relationship with Quintus. There is so much to love about this book. With magic, faeries and suspenseful action this is a strong book 2 in Fae and Crystal Thorns series. There was even a dragon – so happy! I recommend reading book 1 first as there are important elements and back story that will help to understand particular aspects in book 2. I love the world this author creates and I can’t wait for book 3.

Absolutely a 5 star read and I would give it more if I could!! OMG I really needed this fun and so entertaining read. It truly lifted my spirits. With so many laugh out loud moments my family thought I was going a little crazy when they kept hearing me laugh while reading it but I just told them a damn good book from such an amazing fun author as this will do that to you LOL. I loved the all the characters but of course especially Georgia and Hudson. We have all read the enemies to lovers style of books before but I tell you this one was so well written I really can’t rave enough about it. This fantastic book just leaves you with the biggest smile on your face! I truly can’t wait to read more of this series and from this wonderful talented author.

Reece had a thirst for the adrenaline rush that came with taking risks. He’d avoided paying the price for most of his push of the envelope until he met one person that used his lust for fast cars, wicked weapons, ditching school, and beautiful girls to trap him in the most seductive ways. Someone he least expected put her life in danger to save him from himself, and he wouldn’t waste her sacrifice. Reece would use the anger fueled by the strikes to an innocent to start the beginning of the turn of justice that would change the course of his life. He hoped his family could forgive him for the deal that put a target on their heads.

This was an amazing story for children. It was full of facts to teach children, many beautiful illustrations with a great lesson about compassion and a mother’s love. The author was able to create a way to learn new things in an imaginative way. It teaches that not everyone is the same and that is okay, we all have our own purpose in the world. I would definitely recommend it to people I know who have young children.

This was a great 5 star read. I was pulled into this great mafia read right from the start. Evelyn and Damien have a history. And of course Damien broke Evelyn’s heart. When they see each other again the sparks fly, Damien tries to keep his distance but the attraction is just too hard to fight. Will he be able to protect her from his dangerous world?
Overall I really enjoyed this read. We get action, steaminess, and so much more is this read. I really enjoyed the secondary characters as well, they added a great element to the story. If you like Second chance, Mafia reads that will have you on the edge of your seat this is the one for you. The author does a great job with her writing and I look forward to reading more from her. 1-click and get started today.

So, when I started reading Spidersight I immediately thought of the story Drop Dead Fred with its imaginary friend. BUT I quickly moved on from that to something that makes you shiver and every soft sweep over your skin has you slapping yourself to remove any unwanted crawlies. Tirzah gives a vivid picture where not everything is as it seems!!
This short tale is a mixture of sweet and creepy. It is told from a five-year old’s POV which did not really reflect well in the writing once you get over that it is not a bad read.
This was an interesting debut horror novel from this author that I am sure many will enjoy.
This is the second book I have read by Kay L. Moody, the first being book one of the Fae & Crystal Thorns series. After finishing the first book I couldn’t wait for book two to finally come out. Chloe is having an internal struggle between what is right and wrong. And where she feels she belongs, she knows she should return to the mortal realm, finding someone to love her and have a family once was her greatest wish but now she wants to be selfish and stay in Faerie with Quintus. Chloe’s realization in book one about sometimes having to be selfish to save others later, but it comes back to haunt her. Right away Mishti is there her sword drawn at Chloe and Quintus. Mishti is angry and hurt, she had just lost Mila a dear person to her and Chloe seemingly, through her eyes, abandoned her for a Fae. Only pointing her sword at Chloe does Quintus’s words break through her anger. She doesn’t know what to do. Everyone in Faerie was taken there against their will, she knows the land belongs to the Fae and that stealing it is wrong but why does anyone have to die for it. All Mishti wants is a chance to make her own decision for once, first she was manipulated by Ansel, and then Portia, fighting and killing was never what she loved doing but she did it to survive. Mishti had been sent to the Crystal Caves to kill Chloe, but all Chloe wants to do is heal Mishti of her pain. With her pain gone Chloe feels Mishti will be able to communicate more reasonably. Unlike the first book that has a slower pace into the main events this book starts off right away continuing where the first book ended. Will Chloe be able to save Faerie and the mortals? Can they compromise a solution that everyone can survive in the end? To stay in Faerie or to return to the mortal realm? The world of Fae and Crystal Thorns pulls you in and hooks you from beginning to end I can’t wait for book three Blade and Crystal Thorns coming March 21st, 2023.

This is a wonderful short read filled with beautiful illustrations. It is symbolic of accepting differences and be inclusive in one’s outlook of life. The author tries to impart this knowledge through a tiny bird, Mama Warbler , who is sitting on a clutch of eggs waiting for them to hatch. She is eagerly awaiting her babies. But then a cuckoo pushes her out of her nest and lays an egg of it’s own. The cuckoo’s egg is large but Mama Warbler accepts the egg as one of her own. When all the eggs the cuckoo chick hatches, it is large, noisy and hungry, and despite the neighbor’s complaints, Mama warbler does’nt mind it at all. But Mama warbler still continue to love the chick after one of her own eggs hatch ? That is the crux of the story. I totally loved the and going to give it to my boys to read !

This is the second installment in this book and I was really blown out of the water. When I saw that there was a second installment I knew right away that I had to have it. Just like the previous book this book had so much magic, wonderful characters, great descriptive scenery, and a plot that you just can’t put down. The cover of the book is just as beautiful as the first and if you haven’t read the first installment you would want to read these just based on the beautiful covers. So whether you’re looking for a great new series or just need to get out of a slump make sure you pick up this book today.

This is a sweet light read – a romcom. Georgia runs a business that makes costumes for dogs and supports a pet rescue. Hudson is the family that owns the building that her business is in. What they don’t know is that they have been paired up in a pet owner’s contest – so while bad news comes through the business side, they are flirty and interested each other via their pets! This is a great light read – sweet and quick. I enjoyed this as a palate cleanser between some heavy reads. If you love romance, this is a good one to pick up!

The Musical Murder Mystery series is a great collection of funny, light hearted, sometimes suspense filled, mysteries. Each book can be read alone, as it has enough details provided. However, all 3 books follow Ruby Ecco as she travels around the country with a touring theater company. Each book relates to the play, and the characters are great. We meet Ruby, Rudy and Nova in the first book, and get to know them a bit more as the series progresses. For a good part of the first book, I thought there was for sure another book before it… There is a lot of references to past events and a previous murder Ruby was part of. After some research, I found that it is part of another series, by the same author, and now Ruby is getting her own series. I am curious to read the other book, as there is a lot of references to it and its main character Sunshine. The Sound of Murder is the first book in the Musical Murder Mystery series. This book made me laugh a lot, which I did not expect. The characters Ruby and Nova are great, and I could really envision them. Ruby is very quirky and not your typical lead character, but I loved her even more for it! West Side Murder is the 2nd book in the Musical Murder Mysteries series. It references 2 previous “cases” Ruby helped solve, though only one is in this box set. This is a very creative series, loosely mimicking the musical main character Ruby stars in. She seems to find trouble where she goes, and enjoys investigating and solving crimes in her spare time. I was happy to see the relationships with Nova and Rudy develop a bit more in this book. It had me laughing out loud several times. Little Shop of Murder is the 3rd book in the Murder Mystery series. In this story Ruby and her friends work together to try to uncover a possible Catfish situation for her boss. It escalates and Ruby uncovers a Murder within the case. The ending is a shock, and I hope there are more books to come. I want to see what happens next for Ruby and Rudy as well as Nova and Noah.

This second book picks up right where the first leaves off! The fight is on to save Faerie from the iron poisoning and the mortals. Chloe and Quintus work together through their ups and downs and make a lot compromises along with mistakes. They gain new allies that you wouldn’t expect. And Chloe battles to overcome her fears of not being enough. This book describes Faerie in just as much detail as the first. It also ends on a cliffhanger like the first making you want to jump right into the third! I really really enjoy this authors writing style!

I really enjoyed this book from start to finish. It is absolutely amazing. The characters are well thought out and developed. The plot is engaging and absolutely hilarious at times.
Evan is the character you just have to love. The book starts out rough but he protects another and gets mysteriously thrust into a new realm, one of fairies, dwarves, elves and trolls. In order to get back to the human realm and his family he must complete 3 tasks for the elven queen. Piece of cake right? Not even a little, each task is more difficult than the last and with little support Evan must learn to negotiate deals to learn other’s magic to use in his quests. What happens though when those who deal like to try to twist words? Be careful of the words used to make deals after all most of these magical creatures are only in it when it benefits them more than you.
I really enjoyed how Evan, unlike his brothers, resorts to solving the problems with peaceful solutions rather than violence. He is a very careful yet resourceful person who will need all his smarts to make it out of this realm. I could not put this book down and just had to keep reading one more chapter to find out what happened next. If you like fantasy books with some mystery, action, adventure, and comedy then this is definitely the book for you. I will be recommending this book to many friends, it is that good.

Beginning in chapter one, the reader is pulled into the life of Dex, is at a crappy car sales job during the day, and writes a novel at night (this reminds me of Tom Clancy and his debut novel- sales by day, writer by night). Dax sees a strange man at the end of his shift and gets a mysterious package in the mail. This piques curiosity for the reader and you want to know more about this stranger he sees. The cover only gives a hint at the strange supernatural events that unfold. The Intruders is full of action, danger, high-stakes, supernatural forces, and gripping details that keep the reader turning page after page. The transition from Kindle Vella felt like a smooth read and enjoyed reading the story!
I just loved this book! Georgia and Hudson are as different as the dog and cat they respectively own. This rom com had me in stitches at their antics. Both main characters are stubborn and unwilling to admit what is right in front of them. The online chats were perfect and so realistic. I can’t wait to tear into the next book.

I finally got the my hands on book 2 of the series and it did not disappoint!! Even though this book could be read as a standalone I highly recommend reading book 1 to get to know Hunter Divine.
Hunter Divine, former US Marshal and now a PI and his crew have to pick up and head to Reno…..trying to find whom is responsible for the blackmail scheme against Hollywood celebrity Megan Getz. Can Hunter and his team find the culprit against Megan before it is to late?
Glitz, glam, extortion, drama and corruption all wrapped up into a fantastic book!
This book is hard to put down. The author really sucks you in from the beginning. I cannot wait to pick up book 3 and I love the characters……and I am definitely going to re-read books 1 and 2 again!

I love a good book about a woman starting a new chapter in the book of her life! The heroine finds herself in situations she never would have expected. Betrayal, deceit, and mystery abound. She also finds herself dealing with her aging mother who likes to heap guilt onto her only child. This book has so many things different readers can relate to on many different levels. The heroine learns when to ask others for help, even as she learns she is capable of much more than she ever dared to dream!

Pretty’s Crime (Satan’s Devils NC Las Vegas Book 3) by Manda Mellett 4 Stars
Another winning book in this series. Petty has always been a jerk but in this book we learn more about him and understand why. When he was little, he made a promise to his dad before he was killed in battle. This promise has made him who he is today and has gotten him into a sticky situation. Too embarrassed to let his brothers in, he gets himself into more trouble. Feeling alone, he can only turn who might understand, the woman he’s supposed to protect, Roselyn. She feels like they are oil and water but she’s drawn to him no e the less. She can see there is more to him than he lets on.
Once again this author has went above and beyond and brought us another amazing story. Bringing to light a subject that not many people are ready to talk about. This is definitely a must read.

This is the first book I have ever read by Kay L. Moody. I was first drawn in by the cover and the name of the series, the synopsis was interesting, so I gave it a chance and started reading. Chloe is a human girl that for years she had lived in a Faerie world. The loss of her parents forced her and her younger sister Grace to move to the mortal realm with their older brother Vesper and his family. In a time where women were not considered equal to men Chloe had gotten lucky when the previous towns apothecary passed away, no one else wanted the job so she took it. She was now 18 and had been back in the mortal realm for 3 years, she has been the town apothecary for one year and was determined to be as selfless as possible to relief her ill placed guilt on herself for something that happened when she was eleven. Suddenly a Fae illness was showing in her mortal town, determined to save everyone in her town that was suffering including Grace. Quintus is a Fae; someone Chloe has longed for but knows that she can’t be with him because not all Fae want to learn how to love. He needs her help in Faerie when a group of mortals that her older sister had rescued turn against the Fae, determined to kill them all. Loyal to the people of her town Chloe refuses to leave before she has successfully cured everyone, until she drowns, and Quintus saves her the only way he can. Waking up she is now in Faerie at first, she is angry until she learns that the illness plaguing her town is directly from Faerie. The two realms are linked together, and the iron poisoning Faerie is leaking into the mortal realm. To save her town and her sister she must save Faerie first. Along her journey Chloe and Quintus grow closer giving her a flash of hope before she pushes it down and out of her mind. She has been giving so much of herself to the town never taking a moment for her own needs that she feels she is withering away, empty and gasping for air. Will Chloe learn to put herself first in order later save those around her or will she continue to drown in the selflessness she has been told is her only quality or importance? The author’s world is breathtaking, her characters both relatable and easy to love. Chloe and Quintus have a mutual love for each other makes your heart flutter with butterflies the purity of their growth is genuine and relatable. This book is a clean underlying romance and some of the sweetest things I have read between two characters. I cannot wait for book two Shadow and Crystal Thorns to see where their journey will take them next.

Another amazing story featuring the Satan’s Devils MC, Las Vegas Chapter, and having read and enjoyed the previous books in the series, I was looking forward to this latest one, and I was definitely not disappointed. I was hooked from start to finish by Petty and RoseLyn’s story. As usual the world of the Satan’s Devils came vividly to life by the descriptive narrative, making me feel immersed in their world and in the story. Petty had spent years hiding who he really is, even from his club brothers, out of shame, but he thought that at least his past was over. However, when his nemesis returns, with the intention of destroying his life, Petty realises that just like in the past he can’t protect himself from her. Meanwhile, he’s been put on bodyguard duty to protect RoseLyn from her dangerous ex boyfriend. RoseLyn is grateful to be under the protection of the Satan’s Devils’ Security Services, but her bodyguard Petty is so disrespectful and rude.
However, it doesn’t take her long to realise that beneath the persona he presents to the world is actually someone very different, and she decides to see if she can save him. When his brothers desert him, Petty realises that RoseLyn is still there for him. Petty was not an easy character to like in the beginning but as his backstory was explained, and as his character developed, especially having met RoseLyn, by the end I was hoping he would get his HEA. RoseLyn’s character is perfect for Petty, and she was an relatable character. I felt completely invested in the story, which flowed well and the plot twists kept me gripped. As usual, I was taken on an emotional rollercoaster whilst reading this MC romance. An enjoyable and engaging read which I definitely recommend, and I’m now waiting impatiently for book four!

This is an interesting story and not one I would usually read. However, the description intrigued. Not being a particularly religious person, the tearing of the veil isn’t something I was familiar with so enjoyed the telling of this story. Although put forward as a fictional book this is one that definitely steers more towards the religious side. It was a great way to become acquainted with the story, although I would have liked a little more detail on the periphery of fiction. However, the book is well written and an interesting story. I am definitely pleased I gave it a go. For anyone wanting something with a little more faith then I would highly recommend this book.
Wow this book was so cute and a fun read! The way that the author wrote made it feel as though I was on this crazy ride with Olivia! I cannot begin to imagine if this turn of events happened to me, let alone what I would do! This is one of the first books that I have read by this author, and I was hooked! The ending was not at ALL what I was imagining. I cannot wait to read more books by this author!

This is a short but entertaining story about two characters who are fighting for something. This is an easy book to engage with, the story is enjoyable and the characters are relatable. The author has managed to create a fast paced book with a lot of detail, even though it is quite a quick story. I enjoyed the overall pacing of the book and how the author seemed to effortlessly keep my interest. The characters fit the story well. They had a strong connection that made you want them to find their happy ending. This was a great book from start to finish and I look forward to more of this authors work.
