My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Rhiannon Caddell thinks her life is falling apart when she’s told she has to marry and not for love. But to try and save her entire town from a king wanting his tax payment but marrying his son was never an idea that crossed her mind. When the wedding comes and goes, she has no idea what she’s supposed to do with the soft spoken and gentle Emerys who is a complete opposite and has never farmed a day in his life. But there’s a more pressing matter, the father of her new husband wants his money and is going to get it one way or another. But what can they give? With both Rhiannon and Emerys fighting against the clock, can they figure it out? But more importantly, can they keep their hearts safe, or will this arranged marriage work in a way they never thought they’d need?
