Shameless Love (The Bennetts of Langston Falls Book 2) by KG Fletcher – Review by Beverly Finnie

Shameless Love (The Bennetts of Langston Falls, #2)Shameless Love by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

The Bennett family is back and another sibling is about to fall head over heels for someone. But that does mean it’s all sunshine and roses. Shameless Love finds us back in Langston Falls during the holiday/winter season. The author makes one fall in love with this family. And as much as this book works as a standalone novel, it might be best to read the others in the series first otherwise there may be some pieces you don’t understand.
For instance Glen Kirby is still out there and after what he did to Ted, Walter took it one step further by purchasing his home and inheritance right out from under him. Feeling the need for revenge and as well as a need for his own home he felt that was the perfect place. Fortunately for Walt he does a lot of growing up through this book, and I’m sure Elyse’s presence in his life is a big part of that.
Elyse wants Becky as her new cooking Network star. What she didn’t expect was to run into this huge loving family that has each other’s backs no matter what. A woman of strength and independence has her core rocked when she meets Walt. She wants him but one problem is she’s in the city while he’s in the country. How will that work? She realizes Becky is the key. Not to take anything away from what she wants to do with Becky’s career and future, but Walt is the bonus. The cherry on top some would say.
What happens when Becky’s screen test goes completely wrong?
What does that mean for Elyse and Walt?
The author keeps you deeply seated in their journey. The way it’s written keeps you wanting more. And I can’t wait till the next book in this series comes out!
