It was great to read a sports book about a sport I enjoy and watch. It made it much easier to get into as I felt like I already knew what was going on. I enjoyed the characters that were paired with this book. They both had some much baggage and a lot to try and work through. They had a great chemistry and just seemed to work so well together. I don’t really think I would class their ages as an “age gap” but it was still nice to read about a reverse age gap.
This book is a great follow up to the first and I really enjoyed it. I can’t wait to see what the next book in the series is like.
