Wow I was blown away by this series. I couldn’t put it down. I wouldn’t put it down.
Comparable to outlander with traveling back in time heroics and romance! But taking on an entire new thrill of its own. The characters fight to restore the balance and tear is the space of time continuum.
I was on the edge of my seat awaiting the ending and I was not disappointed.
The plot is well maintained and the world building ?! FASCINATING to say the very least. Do you enjoy mystery? Romance ? Historical mixed with present this is the book for you.

Gwen has returned to her hometown after receiving a summons from the family lawyer. The problem? She’s still blamed for a murder that occurred in her past. She never planned to come home, but now that she has, what problems will await her?
Gwen’s character was sassy and I loved her! This story was unique to me and I thoroughly enjoyed it!! I will definitely be going back to read the prequel!

I wasn’t sure I would enjoy this book, I enjoy listening to poems more than I enjoy reading them and I also don’t listen to The Beetles or do psychedelics but I saved this for me to buy a physical copy later. I would actually go back to read some of these poems again. I felt the poems were different, yes some were about the same emotions but I didn’t feel like I was reading the same poem over and over again. Some I could connect with and I believe anyone also trying to find themselves will connect with them too. My favorites were the poems about music, not focusing on certain artists but used musical terms in them. Like in “Schumann or Human You Wish That We Knew Him” the author says: “Composer, arranger, Sonata in B Major Scribbled eighths, translates, narrates a music quake that makes you wake.” I also loved “LGBT Earth You and Me,” I love the message of being kind and to stop all the hate. The pages themselves are all different, some colorful, some dark and some with drawings. I believe the author to be from Michigan, I didn’t Google to confirm but the reading lead me to believe it; I’m from Michigan so automatically I just think that’s cool.

Cassandra is young, but her life has been hard. framed with tragedy she has worked incredibly hard despite her losses to be able to audition and train with her idle Chandler in the Silks as an arielist, but she gets a lot more than she bargains for with Chandler Morrow. Cassandra and Chandler both have lived their own share of horrific tragedy and trauma and have a lot of baggage, but the chemistry is undeniable between them, and the narration in the book makes it even better. Can these two get out of their own way and move past all the interference from everyone else to be together, or is life planning to destroy them as well. Will the secrets be too much? It appears the circus has a lot more going on than meets the eye! The ending of this book…oh my! I can’t wait until these two finally unravel the secrets they’ve held from one another because it is going to be .. mmm more explosive than the ending of this book… if that’s possible. well done!!

I read the sequel of this series and then kindle unlimited the first book because I liked the sequel so much. Finally getting to the second book I was filled with so much anticipation of what was going to happen. Definitely recommend the series. Riley has so much built up tension with Cole but he is a blackmailer. Will things change? Will Riley’s mom be caught with Cole’s dad?

I loved every bit of Riley and Cole’s story. I found myself counting the days for this book to be released to Find out just what happens. Cole is much more than the egotistical jerk his character played. Both Riley and Cole have tons of baggage and secrets. I mean tons!!!! Cole and Riley really did have feelings for eachother but, Cole found it hard to truly give in to his feelings aside from wanting her because he couldn’t stop thinking about what happened to allow Riley and her mom be there. Riley is probably one of the strongest characters I’ve read about at such a young age. The conclusion of Riley and Cole’s story is finally here and so many questions are answered! Tons of suspense…..So so good! Cannot wait to read about the rest of the Elites. Definite 5+ stars!!!

my gosh I love every one of these books in this series. Cole & Riley are so hot together. They continue fighting their connection in this book but it’s seriously chefs kiss 💋 some of the topics can be a little dark but it works well with the romance and spice in this book. Cole sure can put on a show for others when really he means the opposite. He loves Riley and he learns a lot more about her in this book just as Riley learns a lot about Cole. It’s nice not having to read about the bully girls in HS in this book too! They were terrible in the last book. But i thoroughly enjoyed these books though and I highly suggest you check them out. You won’t be disappointed. Only thing I’m disappointed about is that the book ended when I just want to read about them forever lol.

This love story has everything, action, adventure, and twisty turns. He is a mafia boss and he is falling hard for Adrianna’s hard exterior. Will Adrianna be his undoing? Will Salvatore live up to the Larussio kingdom standards? A good stand-alone book to read.

Fae and vampire meet in this exciting novella by Hadley Thorne. This is my first time reading from this author and reading from this genre. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the book started out with something I was familiar with- Tuatha de Danann. My curiosity was piqued and as the story progressed had to find out what happened!

Ahh let me tell you I love an enemy to the family turned love story! In the second Sicilian God’s, we follow cousin Dominic in his path to love but there is a huge problem. The girl who has caught his eye is our rival’s daughter, Emelia. Dominic is just out for information but will that be all? In this spicy story you’ll fall for them both.

So, this last one got me itching to know who in the world can do this to Troy. But Troy wants to save those whom he cares for but the new High King is not allowing him to do this instead making everything hard for him, Troy was left out and now he had to go back in time to seek help and wisdom. The author did an amazing job. I had to read all 3 series to see and understand the whole story.
Amazing story by C.L. Schneider, when I first saw this book, I was not quite sure if this fit in my likes but a couple of chapters took me to a whole new level. Troy is an amazing character but so much in his hands after he took The Crown of Stones in his hands. Like they always told me be careful about what you wish for, in this case, he was not careful and the past to the present and the future realms are coming after him. Troy was not wise enough to stay away but now he sees what he wants and it is to use the power to save the realms. To continue to the 2nd book…
2ND BOOK, I can’t believe this happened to Troy. I was shocked that they took his power and even his memory. When I read that Troy will do anything to be the one person he was, but time is getting harder for him because all the people he cared for are suffering and his old enemy Draken became the High King. Towards the middle, Troy realizes that he has more scars on his body, and when he started seeking answers it leads to more secrets and more truth to his inheritance.
If you have read the first two stories of the Sicilian God’s books then you know this is a family business and it is serious. In this tale, you meet Lorenzo and Isabella, Izzy for short. Izzy is a reporter and is determined to get the story and gets an extra with Lorenzo. What happens when her article causes her danger? Will Lorenzo save her? The novels get better each time. I recommend reading them all.

Wonderful! I feel like this story could have been extended longer with all the fighting, flirting, and life issues going on with Cole and Riley but, I think that is just me not wanting this series to end. I love Cole and Riley together and both of their parents made me mad with how selfish they were. The showdown with Riley’s dad finally happening was exciting and nerve wracking, and I loved every minute of this book. The characters are all either very love-able or very hate-able which gave the story so much more!

Lost in the fantasy I didn’t want this to end. Magnificently executed, I just love the vividness of the world this author brings. Titania is a brilliant character – she has her plate full but she keeps on giving her all. She needs to harness her gift, work out the prophecy and find a husband. For lovers of high-end fantasy, paranormal and strong suspenseful storylines – you will not be disappointed. (Definitely start at book 1!) Highly recommend.

The story of Lorenzo and Izzy is just as intense and suspenseful as the previous ones in this series. Thus dark mafia tale of revenge will have you on the edge-of-your-seat waiting to find out what happens and you won’t be able to put your Kindle down. The characters are so good. You can feel the emotions and their personalities. The premise of the book is fantastic and the flow is smooth and flowing. I found this to be a wonderful addition to the series.

Fate, fantasy, finale What an adventure this trilogy has been. This book brings Ian’s journey to an end in a magnificent way. The characterisation, world building and epic battles were brilliantly executed and the emotions raw. This book brings answers that have been sought from the start and some heartbreak. Highly recommend the whole series from start to finish.

I’m such a sucker when it comes to cover art 🤣🙈📚❣️I already fell in love before I even got started on the first page 🤣 I know I’m so easy to please 🤫😉
So Nate and Abby have been best friends since the age of 7 when Nate defended her from the school ground bully and I think everyone in Beaumont thought they’d get married and have the white picket fence, the dogs and the 2 children but life turned out a little different ….
Nate is a delicious firefighter and has no shortage of female attention but nobody really ticks all his boxes and he’s always had a spot for Abby so it just seems natural that he’d be willing to help her have a baby , so what started as “favour” turns out to be so much more 🫶🏼
Abby has her bakery /cafe that keeps her busy and had my mouth watering on more than one occasion 🤫🙈😉 I also have a new found respect for gosh and chips 🤣🤣🤣🤣( when you read it you’ll get it it , wink wink )
I had so much fun with Nate and Abby and I must just add that Abby’s mum worked on my nerves a bit but having said that I also see her mothers heart so don’t be to hard on her 🍄😉there’s more going on that meets the eye 🌸
I think these 2 have been made for each other since the day they met and watching them finally find their way to each other has been a beautiful journey I laughed , I cried , I blushed , I had cringe moments and oh help me I’m going to melt moments ….

Wow! The plot thickens.. I absolutely love these characters. Also that they are now working together instead of tearing each other apart makes me so happy. It only took three books, but it is happening! I do not want to go into more detail because I am afraid I will ruin the surprises that await.
This author knows how to put personality into characters in such a short book. I highly recommend for anyone looking for a great, quick read.

The shape shifters those who resemble werewolves when in their beastly form. And obvious the humans.
Terran works as a public prosecutor after the death of his father instead of taking on the family business (unless in his other form, reaping vengeance).
Seth is a property mogul of types, I suppose he has gathered a lot of experience in his many years of life..
Kaela, adopted daughter of a doctor has her own magic but knows nothing of the others in her neighbourhood; caught literally in the wrong place and time she is rescued by the beast, and has already caught the attention of one immortal.
Death threats, loss of evidence, finding long lost gems, life is certainly looking interesting for all 3 of the main characters. The third book in an epic fantasy series. Just like the first two, I didn’t want to put this book down. The world, the characters, the action, everything was very well written. Rarely does a sequel live up to the first book, but both the second and the third not only did that, but surpassed it. The only complaint I had was that it ended.

This is the final book in Ian Troy’s journey. You definitely have to read the first 2 books to know what is happening.
The story is action-packed and deals with a lot of heavy topics. The writing was well done and there were times of laughter but also ones that made my heart hurt.
I’m not sure the conclusion was what I wanted, but it left me curious what the author will be doing next in this world!

I’ve made a few mistakes over the last decade, but the one I regret most was letting Olivia Carter go. When I see her again, the past crashes over me, reminding me of everything I ever wanted and gave up when I let our dreams separate us.
Managing Balefire into the world’s biggest rock band came at a personal cost—walking away from my only love. When fate brings her back into my life, I’m determined not to screw up again. After Balefire hires her studio to produce their next music video, I have a second chance to rewrite our song—if I can convince her I’m a changed man.

Ten years ago, Garrett Phillips chose to go with “his boys” and leave me in the dust of a ratty old tour bus. Now I’m working my ass off to make a name for myself as a Hollywood music video director. Unfortunately, my fledgling studio is bleeding money, and my only hope of saving it is to make a video with the biggest rock band on the planet. Too bad that means working with the man who tore my heart out of my chest when he chose his rock ’n’ roll dream over me.
He says he’s grown up. He says we can make things work. But can I truly trust that this time he will stay for me?
Tam DeRudder Jackson’s love of all things Celtic led her to write the Talisman Series. Steeped in Celtic mythology, these steamy, fated mates, paranormal romance adventures are set in the mountains of Tam’s native Montana and the Highlands of Scotland. Rogue, the most recent book in the series, was named a best romance of 2022 by the Independent Book Review.
An avid fan of rock music, Tam never misses a chance to see a live show, especially if it’s Shinedown, one of her favorite bands. Her love of rock music inspired her contemporary rock star Balefire Series, a sexy fun ride following the lives and loves of the members of a fictional mega-band. Readers of this series consistently give the books five-star reviews.
Tam earned her BA in English from Montana State University and her M.Ed. in literacy from Lesley University. After a short teaching stint in Bath, England, she settled in the wilds of Wyoming where she taught adolescents all about the Celts and a bit about writing before she stepped out of the classroom to pursue her writing career full time.
When she’s not writing, you can find her working her way through her mountainous TBR piles, alpine skiing, or traveling to some new place on her ever-expanding bucket list.
