Healing Kiss by Amanda Uhl – Review by Maikalani alexander

Healing KissHealing Kiss by Amanda Uhl
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

Mysteriously vague at just the right amount.

Healing kiss is a slow burning romance that unravels the past the open a future. Lilian, left home under the guise and new identify of zoey. Rushing home to save her sister she meets a Tristan. Strong dependable, loyal and madly in love with her everything she dreamt of but she can’t have him. Zoey pushes Tristan away protecting him in fear of her discovery. Zoey inadvertently brings the risk of death by association. She desperately wants a normal life. But is that something even possible for zoey Lilian ?

This book is slow paced, the world building is good but leaves me wanting to know how things happened in her past to connect the dots at a faster pace with more understanding. The plot unfolds based on the main characters realization and situations. There is a spicy scene and does end in a happy ending with an epilogue hinting at a potential future book. I’m excited to see if the author continues a sequel based on Lilian’s sister Hannah
