Breathless Love is the third book in the wonderful ‘The Bennetts of Langston Falls’ Series by romance supremo, K.G Fletcher#lovealwayswins. I know I have said this dozens of times now, but I can’t help that Ms. Fletcher keeps outdoing herself with each new book she releases- but I LOVE this story- I think it might be one of her best yet. She had me swooning while all the emotion strummed at my heart strings. This is another example of why Ms. Fletcher is on my automatic one-click, no questions asked author list- because I don’t even need to see a cover, or read a blurb, to know that I’m going to love every minute between her covers. The Bennet’s of Langston Falls is a really fantastic series, each member of the family getting their own book, and each capturing my heart along the way. The books could be read as standalones, but I highly recommend reading the previous books before starting on this one, as they are all superb stories in their own right, and they will all make you feel like you want to stay in Langston Falls and have a Christmas tree farm, listen to music, and hang out with good friends. Hank Bennett dreams of making it big in the country music scene. But achieving them hasn’t exactly been smooth sailing. Talks Like Thunder is the first Novella in the Red With Native Blood series. This is a wonderfully written story of Dessert Flower and her journey to become Talks like Thunder. The first word that comes to mind is Beautiful, even though there is a lot of sadness in this story that will bring tears to your eyes in many parts, it is sadly the realistic truth of the of what happened to the native people. Being native myself I felt this book was written so well and truthful in so many ways, with great detail to the ways of the people, and all things that are important to us. I highly recommend this book. I can’t wait for the next.

He intends to stop her but her attraction is too much for him. Can they find common ground or will they destroy each other? I get so excited when I start a new book in this series.

Stars Like Gasoline by Jessika Grewe Glover is a suspenseful paranormal tale with ghosts/spirits, mystery, family, friendship, love, loss, and even a few darker topics that may be sensitive for some, such as abuse, slurs, violence, and stalking. The author broached these topics in such a way that I wasn’t triggered by them, but I wanted to mention them as a precaution for others that might be.
Jessika Grewe Glover has written an interwoven/ layered complex storyline of ghosts and their past lives along with living people in a different time. I applaud the great skills she used to keep all these layers from getting jumbled up and confusing. The characters are so creative and well written as well that they draw you into the story and make you want to know more about their lives past and present. All the connections and mysteries keep you guessing as you laugh at the banter and characters’ antics. It has a good mix of scary, funny, and drama-filled scenes.
We start off meeting Celia, an art curator who, with the help of her brother Oscar and friend Adrian, will try to figure out all the mysteries surrounding the spirits and those of the house she bought. This gets really interesting as Celia can see ghosts and has been able to since she was young. She has just accepted this fact over time, which amazed me. Their hunt for answers takes several wild turns and no one expects the events that follow. This is a well written story and many will enjoy it!

Japan is the third book in the Tally and the Angel series by Eleanor Dixon. This is the first of the series I read, so was a little confused with some details and I had to research the background. Tally, her dad and her angel Jophiel go to Japan on an adventure and learn about Japanese history, culture and traditions. She makes friends with Yoshie and Miyu and hits off instantly. But then a mystery unfolds itself and it is upto Tally and her “not-so-predictable” angel Jophiel to solve it, There is a ghost queen, sumo wrestling and a cursed drum in the centre of this mystery.
It’s an interesting plot, I wish I had read the books in order . It can be read as a standalone book but some research has to be done to understand who is who.

This was a 5 star read. I love dark and steamy and this book has it all. I was pulled right in from the beginning. Lorenzo and Izzy, I really enjoyed their story. Izzy has plans to reveal secrets and she shows up where she shouldn’t be. With his reputation being compromised Lorenzo has to deal with Izzy. But there is something about her that is pulling him in. Can he resist this feisty, nosy woman? If you’re looking for a great Mafia series to read, I suggest you 1-click and get started today on this series. This is book three, but you should really start with book 1. I can’t wait to read more from this author and series.

This book was enjoyable from word one! I especially love all the music and television/movie references scattered throughout. I did not realize that this book was part of a series. Reading this one as a standalone worked out well, as there was enough backstory throughout this story to catch me up to date on previous events that took place. I do want to go back and read the first book though!
Darcy is a former drummer who owns a music store. Derek is coming to town and he’s an entertainer that’s got a bit of a tarnished reputation. He’s decided to do an apology tour to make it up to his fans for his past behavior. He purposely chose to kick off his tour in Darcy’s hometown due to some history that they’ve had together. The town is all abuzz about Derek’s arrival and upcoming concert. Then the big night comes, the show is a success, and unfortunately, it does not go on as planned. Derek is found murdered in his dressing room. There are several people that are potential suspects and the police are on it. The question is, can they solve it before Darcy can?
I loved the adventure and mystery in this book. It keeps you guessing right up until the end. The curve balls thrown are very clever! As a lover of music, I enjoyed this even more with all the musical references.

This series is so much more and I fall in love with each book in this series and I want to be part of the Bennett Family. Can I say….this story of Hank and Ella Mae…..has me in my feelings hard. Love, courage, hard decisions….this story really gave me just the raw emotion what it is like to be in the limelight as a musician..including the ups and downs.
Hank never wanted to give up on his dream as a country musician…..but at the moment, the timing for him is not right and Hank is feeling a bit lost. A chance encounter at a Travis Miller concert, Hank meets Ella Mae….and finding out that Ella Mae is Travis’ sister. Ella Mae is bold and outgoing and takes a chance on Hank and invites him on a whirlwind trip along with her brother to know what is feels like truly to be on the road as a musician. When Hank and Ella Mae get to really know each other, they soon find out that their love of music is not the only thing they have in common. Hank and Ella Mae’s love for each other blossom….but behind the curtain, is being a big time musician all what is is cracked up to be? I do not want to give away the story….but I can honestly say I could talk about this book forever. This story just really got me….hard……..and I totally love Hank and Ella Mae and their characters. Hank and his gentleman ways and how respectful and caring he is and Ella Mae and her courage and boldness to keep her and her brother together through the limelight. I am already anticipating book 4……

This was the first book that I have read from this author. The synopsis drew me in but the story kept me here! The story line was original and it kept me entertained. This book was great from start to finish! It was spooky, mysterious and romantic. The characters in the book were amazing, the support of family and the culture really tied it all together for me.
This book was not what I was expecting. But it was super cute and absolutely loved it. the base line is like jack and the beanstalk but with a little twist. Jacqueline is a young girl and had fallen for the trade the cow for the beans. But Jaqueline is also a smart girl, and she does figure out how to get the food she needs to get for her family. Were everything works out all in the end. The illustrations match the story amazingly to be able to follow along in the story. the characters and story line are amazingly put together.
This book was not what I was expecting. I thought I was going to get a kid’s books that was about monsters and trying to be brave but boy was I wrong. Meg the little is blind and has no idea what monsters look like. Her sister being the older of the two tries to help her by explaining what they look like and trying to get Meg to understand why they are scary. The interactions with the two girls made this book enjoyable because it shows that Megs older sister Sue really cares about Meg and tries to do everything, she can for her. The little humor and banter in the story between the two really shows how sisters can be. This picture book is wonderful right from the story line to the amazing pictures in it.

I picked this up based on the description, though I am not someone who typically reads poetry. I believe in the effects that music can have on a creative mind and was intrigued by the author’s experience. I did enjoy several of the poems and liked that there were short essays or messages to the reader dispersed throughout. It gave the brain a break from the rhythm of the poetry. The author does a wonderful job of using vibrant language that helped me visualize the poem as I read it. I also enjoy the variations in background that go along with each piece – it accompanies the tone of the piece very well! I am glad I picked this up to try!

I was drawn in by the synopsis of this book and truly looked forward to reading a novel with paranormal elements. I tend to gravitate toward a lot of the same authors so I wasn’t sure what to expect going into this book, since this author was new to me. Not only did the storyline exceed my expectations, I was really impressed with the author’s writing style. What I enjoyed most, however, were the main characters. Each character was written in a strong way and truly enjoyable. I was also surprised by the range of emotion the story held. There were a lot of entertaining complexities, far more intricate than the “campfire ghost story” I was anticipating. This is definitely a book I’d recommend by an author I will be looking out for.
This was the first book that I read from this author and found it to be enjoyable. This paranormal mystery has it all – ghosts, romance, danger and more!
The plot was intriguing and the author balanced suspense and humour well to create a great story. This alongside a collection of well-developed characters made the story really stand out to me. I loved it!
Events and characters are woven together so well in a way that isn’t always obvious. The ghost element drew me in at first, but the connections in mystery elements blew me away.
I was very invested and couldn’t put the book down. I’ll be looking out for more from this author!

This was such a cute book. A look from the other side of the woods. The animals give their perspective as to what human life looks like from their point of view. Cute and informative. Also a lesson on being aware of your surroundings and listening to what your parents say. My 3 yr old nephew loved all the pictures and we named all the animals and he sat still for the story so I call that a win. Thank you, Feather Chelle, for such a cute book.

I really enjoyed reading Stars Like Gasoline! This was the first book I’ve read by this author, so I was pleasantly surprised by the complex characters and incredibly detailed world-building. The author expertly combines past and present creating a magnificent flow of the story, as well as a very realistic experience for the reader. I find that most stories only dive deep into one character and the rest support that one, but this book really developed each character incredibly well! I plan on following this author closely because their writing style is nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend picking this one up, especially if you enjoy romantic suspense with a major paranormal theme.
Wow. Usually, MM books aren’t something I get invested in, but this book had me begging for more. Autumn has a way of writing a world where you feel like you’re watching the story take place around you. I didn’t want to leave the world. The obvious love these two share for each other is undeniable. No matter how they try to fight it, it’s there. They’ve been through hell and back, and it’s a battle to make it to where they end up. You wont regret reading this book. I promise.

Things take a sinister turn when Celia and Oscar are threatened by a stalker. Meanwhile, as Adrian and Celia spend time together deciphering the clues they cannot deny their mutual attraction. However, they get the feeling that someone is playing a game with them all and their lives might actually be in danger. This is an enjoyable and engaging read which drew me in from page one. The setting and characters where brought vividly to life through the descriptive narrative, making me feel immersed in the story. The storyline had a mix of paranormal, mystery, suspense and a slow burn romance, which kept me happily turning the pages.

KG does it again and again. Breathless Love is another wonderful friends to lovers romance tale. There has not been a story that KG has written that I have not fallen in love with. Hank and Ella’s story is one of my favourites. This sweet story is filled with fun, passion and pain, struggle and loss, drama and tragedy, pain and heartache. This is a new to me author and I really enjoyed this book. Eleanor or Elle, moves back home without warning running from her husband with bruises both visible and not. Her family welcomes her home with open arms but also wants to help her gain her confidence back. Being back home in her small town brings her face to face with Blake, who has his own issues. When Elle becomes his new “boss” they push each others buttons and build each other back up in the process. I liked the interactions with everyone in this story, yes even Ty despite what he did. I felt connected to this story but I did not expect that twist in there so great job to the author on that one. Hope we get to see more of this town.

This is my first book by this author and I was blown away. I didn’t read the first book, however the author gave enough back story to be able to know what went on in the first book. I really love the authors writing style. The world building and character was amazing. Concert Hall Hit was an amazing cozy mystery. The book was a page turner for me and I wanted to know what happens next.

This is my first book by this author and I really enjoyed it. Stars like Gasoline was a story about haunting and spirits. The details in the story was on point. I really loved how much detailing was put in the book. The book was a page turner for me. The world building and characters was well thought out also.
