Bared (Green St. Girls Series) by N.D. Jackson – Review by Shea Gilkerson 7/24/23

Bared. (Green St. Girls #1)Bared. by N.D. Jackson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Athena and her fellow “Green Street Girls” are all alone, except for each other. That’s really the way they like it – able to choose the form of redemption they prefer. Athena chooses her redemption in the form of owning several nightclubs and currently working on one that will host the World Billiards Tour of Champions.

Trumball, or Tru, struts into her life when he shows up early for the Tour. He has a killer smile and confidence that almost can’t even be believed. When they hit it off with abundant chemistry bursting between them, Athena decides to give him a bit of time he won’t be able to forget. After all, even though her past is awful and she is a 21 year old, worldly millionaire, she can’t ignore him and the potential of being together. She is unable to leave it as a fling and begins to have feelings for him. Where will their explosive chemistry lead?

There is drama and tension, passion and chemistry, strong female friendships with tough women, and sweet funny moments, as well. I’ll be finishing the series.
