My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This was an interesting and thought provoking read into the history of nuclear weapons, how they are made, who’s idea were they, and what happens when they fell into the wrong hands. It is an eye opening read about a subject we hear about but don’t really pay attention to. This book had made me realise that we do need to pay attention. It is terrifying to think of the power and how much damage could be causes and innocent people lives lost from the production and use of nuclear weapons.
The author does an incredible job of making the material in the book book informative and engaging and it is written in a way that makes the reader feel good as it’s easy to understand. It is a scary but interesting topic and makes you realise just how insignificant the human race are. We are literally creating the weapons that could one day end up the destroying us.
