Faking the Fall (Buckeye Falls Book 4) by Libby Kay – Review by Emily H

Faking the Fall (Buckeye Falls #4)Faking the Fall by Libby Kay
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Alice Snyder’s family are brutally honest, she would love to throw a fit and hide her head in the sand but they are right she is drifting. They want her to start taking steps to find happiness, marry, have babies even if Alice is not ready for that.

James Gibson is an artist who has hit a wall, he leaves New York for Buckeye Falls, Ohio in hopes of finding inspiration. What he doesn’t expect is Alice, she is his muse. The problem is the town is meddling trying to get Alice to settle down and together they come up with a plan to fake date. What could possibly go wrong when feelings get involved?

This was another great one in the series. I liked Alice, at times she seems so lost and I think growing up in a small town where everyone knows you is incredibly difficult for her at times as they assume she is the same girl. I thought the chemistry is instant with these two and I really enjoyed James character. Another wonderful story in the series.
