My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Faking the Fall: A Buckeye Falls Novel by Libby Kay is the fourth book of four. This book follows Alice the mayor’s troublemaker sister who is newly returned from traveling and going to school. She just wants to relax and enjoy the peace that her small town has to offer. Unfortunately, the good people of Buckeye Falls are determined that she needs to settle down with a man. That’s when James Gibson a divorced artist shows up fleeing his life in New York. He is looking for the solace of a small town too. But when he finds his creativity blocked, he is at a loss. Then the two get thrown together on the decorating committee for the Fall Festival, Alice hatches a plan to help them both. Fake Dating. At first it seems like a simple solution to their problems but will these two really fall for each other in the process? What a cute story to end this series on. I absolutely love this small-town world that Libby has built and hope to return to them someday for more stories. 4 out of 5 stars.
