Killer Smile by Allan Evans – Review by Rebeca Elliott Figueiras
Killer Smile by Allan Evans
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Killer Smile is the sequel to Killer Blonde, and I loved the premise of this one. I do think it’s best to read the first book as there are references to the events which took place. You’ll also get an introduction to the character of Cade.
The writing was easy to follow and well-paced, but this one is darker than the first and more graphic. This isn’t a bad thing for me, I enjoy dark thrillers, but it is something to note if you aren’t okay with that.
I loved the idea of killers competing, that part really drew me in. Another thing I enjoyed in this book was that the character of Cade felt a little more flushed out than in the last book. The events of the last past have affected Cade and that gives the character a little more depth.
Overall, an enjoyable read and it was great to see more depth.
