This is the first book that I have read in this series. It can be read as a stand alone but I am interested in reading all of the other stories now. This book kept me interested from start to finish. It was heartbreaking and I needed to know what was going to happen next. I would recommend this book to anyone who is looking for adventure and a fast read.
