My favorites are: The Power of a Plot Twist – rewrite two scenarios from life you want to have a different outcome and Heart Promise – Write or draw the beautiful things you want for yourself. Reflection and taking time to focus within ourselves is proven to improve the quality of life – this would be a great place to start.
