Murky Murder (A Maid Ivy Cozy Mystery Book) by Hazel Smith – Review by Kerry Baker
Murky Murder by Hazel Smith
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
This is a fun murder mystery story with a unique heroine and setting. Maid Ivy is a great character, and perfect to head up this book. She is relatable and engaging – the type of character you can’t help but root for.
When I started this book, I didn’t realise it was the fourth in the series. However, it can easily be read as a standalone, although I will certainly be going back to read the rest. The story is well written, intriguing and a thoroughly enjoyable read. This is a fantastic book.
