Reckless Love (The Bennetts of Langston Falls Book 4) by KG Fletcher – Review by Rebeca Elliott Figueiras

Reckless Love: A Small Town Slow-Burn Forbidden Love Romance (The Bennetts of Langston Falls Book #4)Reckless Love: A Small Town Slow-Burn Forbidden Love Romance by K.G. Fletcher
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

This is the 4th book in the Bennets of Langston Falls series. Although this can be read as a standalone, it’s well worth reading the entire series to getting a deeper understanding of the characters.
I enjoyed the author’s writing style; it flowed nicely and brought the characters to life. I got emotionally invested in their stories, their pasts and potential future. I love characters who show development as the book progresses, and in this instance both Becky and Glen show this development (I particularly liked that Glen’s development didn’t just start in this book, it can be found previously and ties in brilliantly). Their pasts and what they experienced come into play how they initially act and try to rebuild lives and relationships. It was encouraging to read, and I found myself rooting for the pair increasingly as I read on.
This was a well-written and at time emotional read that tugs on your heartstrings. The characters find ways into your heart and you can’t help but want them to succeed. I really enjoyed this book, but I do think you get a better appreciation and understanding if you read the entire series. You don’t want to miss out on everyone else!
