The Man In Black

I was a little worried about reading this book due to the length, but the story draws you in from the beginning and refused to let me go. It made a weekend not being able to do anything go by so much faster.

Fenimore goes on quite a journey, both physically and emotionally. He isn’t happy with his dull life and the life of an outlaw fascinates him. He hits the road with his horse in search of a new life and identity.

It wasn’t exciting but not a dull trip either before meeting up with the gang he was looking for and eventually becomes a part of.

So much happens while out on his adventures. He felt every emotion possible and ever event he went through changed him.
This is definitely a book you need to be prepared to invest the time into, but it’s totally worth every minute.
