She would likely heal faster if she were able to be public about who she is and her desires, but as it’s not something publicly accepted she hides until she is ready to discover exactly what it is she wants.

Zachary is an insufferably demanding but competent boss, the owner and showman at his BDSM Club, Shattered Embrace, and the absolute hottest man Ashton has ever seen. While he seems strictly in control, what people don’t see is how boring and expected his life has become. He’s incredibly interested in Ashton as his consultant who will gladly call him out, he’s even more interested in her when she applies for membership at his club.
