Carrie’s grandma introduces Carrie, to the magic Wandas. Carrie’s mom thinks they are just regular flowers. Carrie says no they are magic! Carrie’s mom keeps trying to get Carrie ready for the party but the magic Wanda’s want to play. Anything Carrie wishes the magic Wanda’s make happen.
