Perfect Office Pact is a sweet romance. The book was a fun, enjoyable read that I finished quite quickly. Mira has started at a new workplace and already knows the boss. Declan, who taught some of Mira’s classes, realizes that he sees Mira in a new light. The two have a conflict because Declan misstepped, and Mira could take it to the board. What should a guy do when he wants to know his employee better?
I enjoyed the story and the tension between the characters. I had a hard time with Mira at times because I enjoyed that she was strong-willed and knew what she wanted, but at other times, I just wanted to be done with her because she was annoying. In the end, I liked her and how she was with Declan. The story was a fun, getaway and I look to read more from the author in the future.
