Loris Opens Up His Heart: An Emotional Story For Kids by Dagmara Sitek

This is a beautiful children’s book about Loris who struggles to open up to his new foster home. This is a fantastic book that could be used to teach compassion, kindness, courage, overcoming fears, and so much more. I really love the empathy we feel from Cam and Inaya and the vulnerability we eventually get from Loris. This is a fantastic teaching tool for kids and the illustrations are phenomenal.
