Make Me Burn (North Fork Series Book 9)Make Me Burn by Alicia Street
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I have read a few books from this authors and she always blows my mind with her storytelling. This is the ninth book of the amazing North Folk series. This could be read as a stand alone but there are previous characters in this book as well. I was so excited to read this I stopped everything and started reading it immediately. I could not stop until the very end. It only took me a few hours to devour this amazing story. I can’t wait to see what she will write next.

Logan Bennett had a tough childhood but then he met Victor. They were best friends for a very long time but then a misunderstanding broke them apart. Now Logan is a very well known billionaire and he loves to play games with others’ hearts. He is in complete shock when the beautiful Jinx from his childhood is at the same wedding he is at. She is now gorgeous but he knows she is still off limits because of his ex friend Vic. He knows he shouldn’t but he can’t control what his heart wants. Logan starts to get to know the grown up Jinx and he can’t get enough of her. Will Logan be able to end the feud with Vic so he can give Jinx the man she deserves or will there be too much bad blood?
