Ignite My Heart (North Fork Series Book 2) by Alicia Street – Review by Moriah Venable
Ignite My Heart by Alicia Street
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
The last thing Blake wants is to become a nanny, but with her savings diminishing following the loss of her previous job, she will take whatever she can in order to get herself back on her feet.
She just so happens to accept the nanny job for Morgan, who has a little girl.
Morgan has a history of being a bodyguard to high profile people and after some time, decides to open a company based on protective services. With the custody battle with his ex, he comes to the conclusion that he needs a live-in nanny and hires the sister of a friend. He didn’t expect that his daughter would like her so much, let alone did he account that he would like her as well.
The story is short but it is worth reading. If anything, it displays the many and different forms that family can be. And how you find what you need, when you least expect it.
I have not read the previous book in this series and though they can be read as standalones, I plan to read more by this author.
