N.D. Jackson spends her days (when she’s not working) wandering the streets of whatever European city she and her husband find themselves traveling to or living in, creating new characters and new worlds for her novels, and her nights are spent creating delicious vegan meals and whipping up not-so-fancy but tasty cocktails for loved ones.
