I almost didnt read this book because of the content. I have struggled with anxiety and depression for years and a few years ago witnessed a shooting that left me traumatized so I wasn’t sure how I would handle this book but I did enjoy reading it. There was so many aspects to it from childhood trauma, ptsd, anxiety, and depression that are real and people struggle with every single day. Those things made it a great read because it made it relatable.
