What a perfect last book in the series! We get to see the Lynn (the only daughter) and what her struggles are being the youngest girl with four older protective brothers. Also we get the conclusion of “What happened to Larry?” This one is well orchestrated and watching the parts fall into place is like putting a puzzle together. I loved all the characters and the budding relationship between Lynn and Joey is pure bliss.
I am sad to see this series end but such is life. As the author did with her previous series I feel we could see a few of them again as she does use crossover characters.

Book 2 of the Match Made in Montana Series was a the story of Ted, the widowed cowboy and Stephanie, the kindergarten/yoga teacher.

This contemporary romance was a cute friends to lovers with a whole lot of baggage on the way.

The author also seemed to plant some Easter eggs about another couple.

While this genre isn’t my usual cup of tea, I think I will continue with this series.

This book is a great rhyming picture book that has children counting from one to ten. It has interesting facts about starfish throughout the book for both children and adults to learn about and enjoy. A great book for children as its short and will keep their interest, plus its educational which is always a great win.

Another beautifully written book by Kim Ann. This counting book it is full of fun facts and educational information. The pictures are bright and colorful. Just like other books written by Kim Ann Ten Little Sea Turtles is told in an interactive and rhyming way. Children of all ages will love rhyming along to this adorable counting story. There are also some interesting facts about sea turtles for children as well as adults throughout the story.

Having read and enjoyed the previous books in this series, I had been introduced to Parker Bartin before and I was looking forward to ‘his’ story. To the outside world Parker has a perfect life, fame, fortune and a family. However, his life is far from perfect, his party boy days might be behind him, but the traumas from his past still haunt him. Parker is about to loose it all and must decide between the whiskey bottle or ask for help. This was a heartwarming and at times heartbreaking story which had me captivated throughout. As usual the author does a great job of making both the setting and characters come to life through the descriptive narrative. An enjoyable and engaging read, and I look forward to the next book in this series.

A new author to me and one that I will certainly be reading more from.<br />This is a contemporary romance with a few twists, age gap, left at the alter and add in second chance and you have got the gist of the book.<br />The characters are both interesting in their own ways, <br />We meet Declan who is introduced as a player, does not believe in love and is the older brother to Sara and as a family they are the epitome of happy families, although all is not quite as it seems from the outside. <br />Anne is a friend of Sara and is a quiet calming personality; she intrigues Declan right from the start: although he falls for her he cannot continue the relationship, there is already a plan in place. <br />Emotional ups and downs lead us to a bride left at the altar only to have their wounds reopened in the future. What an amazing book, I loved the thrill of this second book in The House on the Hill series! It was full of surprises, and the haunting of the characters kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading. I couldn’t sleep, this book was so good! If you are looking for a good scary book, with a plot that will have you jumping at every little sound, this is the book for you. I highly recommend that you start with the first book in the series, it is a great book that you won’t want to skip, or you’ll miss out on a lot of the backstory of our main characters. The characters are so well created that you will feel like you know them personally and are invested in what happens to them. Enjoy your chilling reading experience, you won’t regret it.

In the Midst of Omens is the first book in the Legacy of Gilgamesh series by Nicole Bailey. This is a fantasy based around the legendary character, Gilgamesh- which is what drew me to the story in the first place. Woven with mythology, historical details, action, adventure, drama, danger, intrigue, dynamic characters, passion, emotion, war, gore, loss, heartache, spice, MM romance, a polyamorous relationship, and more.
The story is highly original, as I have come to expect from Ms. Bailey- she has woven history and mythology together, given it her own unique spin, and delivered an intriguing adventure. As this all ends on a bit of a cliffhanger which is set to continue in the next instalment, Book #2 is already set to be quite dramatic.

Everyone fears something, right? What about one of the fears listed:
Autophobia-fear of abandonment
Katsaridaphobia-fear of cockroaches
Lepidopterophobia-fear or butterflies & flying insects
Paraskevidekatriaphobia – fear of Friday the 13th
Taphephobia – fear of being buried alive
Thanatophobia-fear of death
Ophidiophobia-fear of snakes
Trypanophobia-fear of needles
These are the fears The Book of Fears covers in its short stories. Could even be classified as a book of scary stories if you fall into one of these fears. Some of the phobias the author covers are common; we’ve all come into contact with someone who deals with it on a daily basis. Others not so much. There’s a lot of triggers potentially in this book, not just the fears themselves. And each story is specific to each fear. Some of the stories were better than others but overall the book wasn’t bad. The stories were just too short to break down each one without telling the whole thing. The phobias are written in order as they are introduced through the book. If I had to pick a favorite and a least favorite. My favorite was probably Taphephobia. Followed closely by Thanatophobia. My least favorite was definitely Trypanophobia. They lost me with the aliens in that one. Not really my thing. But again overall the author provided an interesting story with quite a bit of insight into phobias. Maybe there will be another one digging into more fears. It’s something that would interest me.

Oscar and Emmy Weather a Hurricane is a wonderfully written children’s book that children ages 3-10 can enjoy. I love that this author include life lessons and important skills like how prepare for a natural disaster like a Hurricane. The illustrations are wonderful and bring the story to life. Oscar and Emmy are at it again as we learn the importance of natural disaster preparation. Making sure you have prepared pet disaster kits. Read this story to learn how to Plan, Prepare and Protect your pets . My son loved this book and we literally read it several times already and I’m sure we will several more. I highly recommend reading this informative book. I look forward to reading more from this Author.

I don’t live where there are hurricanes so I found this book very informative for those living in areas that do have storms. Finding Love is the second book in the Clumsy Little Hearts Trilogy. This is a wonderfully written Contemporary Romance that will pull you in from the beginning and doesn’t let go till you’ve finished. I’ve read several books by this author but this one may be my favorite yet. The characters are fully developed , relatable ,creative and real they made the story come to life. Rachel and Miguel meet when she gets stood up for dinner at his restaurant. These two definitely have chemistry between them and the attraction is definitely there. Both of them have secrets She’s not great at picking men and just got out of a relationship. Can these two open their hearts and each have the relationship they both deserve? I highly recommend reading this book to find out what happens next. I can’t wait to read more from this Author.

Salt Love was such a fun, enjoyable read. Marika Ray’s writing is up there with Tessa Bailey, Megan Quinn, and Abby Jimenez. I loved Dec, Kenna, and the cast of quirky characters that live in Sunshine Key. It was laugh out loud funny in some places, serious, and spicy in others, but everything was well written, cohesive, and flowed so well. I would love to read more set in Sunshine Key with other characters, but it has definitely enticed me to check out Marika’s other novels. If you’re looking for a spicy, romantic comedy, perfect summer read definitely give this one a try.

I have not read a book for quite some time, so to come back to read this great book was a treat, there is approximately 420 pages to be delighted with. I have not read book one in this series, but I am going have in order get the background on the characters.
We have our two main characters Sylvan who decided to write a book on BDSM and our wonderful TB who is a Dom. To get the information, she needed to write her new book she was put in touch with TB. Now both characters could not be more worlds apart in their lifestyles if they tried. Do not be mistaken with TB being a Dom underneath his tough exterior he has such a gentle heart that makes you just want to get to know him more. Sylvan has such a gentle nature, which would make any man want to care for her.
This book is not filtered in certain areas of the book, but it has been so beautifully written you will just want to keep turning the pages to see what is coming up next ion the plot.
Let us not also forget the team at Tribe I found these characters miss matched and yet they gel together perfectly as a team, they are a family.
If you want an enjoyable read this is the book for you.

This book is a charming and witty romance that had me laughing and smiling from start to finish. The characters are relatable and endearing, with delightful chemistry that sparks from their first encounter. The author’s sharp writing and clever dialogue make this a standout romantic comedy. While a few plot points were predictable, the overall warmth and humor more than compensated. This book is a perfect pick-me-up and earns a well-deserved 4.5 stars for its heartfelt and engaging storytelling.

I thought this was a great tool for many. it is a children’s book however, adults should also know the important details that are mentioned. I for one, go down in my basement annually and change out the cat / dog food we have set aside. We also have kits for the humans and for the pets. Keeping our pets safe and calm is very important in any emergency. I loved how the twins understand how important it is.

The cats help keep down the mice and yucky things that crawl around at night at a theme park. When one evening on shift Cat finds a manager strangled to death she is shocked. The fact that no one really liked this person is beside the point, Cat is determined to find out what happened. Her goal is to find the killer so that the theme park can feel safe again for everyone. Consulting with her cat friend aka Zoe,they work together to take down this killer before another murder occurs. Such a fun mystery with a twist. Another adorable book from Lois Wickstrom. I have read so many books by her with my son. We always thoroughly enjoy them. This one is about a little girl who disappears and flies at recess time. Her best friends know shes is there, though they can’t see her. One day, she flies farther than usual. Will she make it back before recess ends? Read to find out!
I have to add, I love the reaction of the teacher. If you have kids, I highly recommend picking up a book or two, or 7 from Lois Wickstrom.

The third and final book in the Evil Sushi series. I must say, I really enjoyed this series. I am so glad I decided to pick them up. I was hesitant at first. They sound insane. Well, they are… But in the best way. These books are quick, entertaining reads. I was kept hungry and ready to consume more and more. The ending to this series satiated that hunger. It finished up brilliantly but unexpectedly. I highly recommend this series! Also, any other book by this author. Her writing style is incredible.

The second book in the Evil Sushi series. These books are quick and interesting reads. They are VERY unique. I’m not sure you would be able to find another book series like this. For me, that is a great thing. There’s nothing like diving into a story where everything is new.
This book is even better than the first. I do think you should read them in order for the best results. The plot is full of twists and things I did not expect to happen. Scientists and the government are hard at work trying to eliminate what transpired in book one. I am excited to read the third.

Bad Enough by Nicole Craig is the second book in the Deadman’s Tribe series, that I found to be well written with twist and turns that made me not want to put it down. Sylvan is the good girl, hearts and flowers and wanting a happy ending while TB is the knows kidnappings and is not good, even if he wanted to be. TB and the team are hired to find another missing girl, as those visiting clubs keep going missing. Soon they see that Sylvan could be the next target and that she is hiding something from TB and the team and he must find out what it is. Will the secrets break them apart or help them get closer.
Each book gets more intense, each character that takes center stage really get better and better. The dynamics and chemistry of the main characters really were TOP notch. Nicole Craig has a way of pulling you into her books and not letting you go.
